About these terms

These terms apply to your use of staymaisoncollective.com and to reservations booked with Maison Collective ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & payments

• Reservations are confirmed when payment is received in accordance with the payment schedule shown at checkout (typically a deposit at booking and the balance before check-in).
• Rates, fees (cleaning, taxes, lodging tax) and any applicable security deposit are shown before you confirm.
• Each listing's minimum-stay, age, and pet requirements appear on the listing page and apply at booking.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy that applies to your reservation is shown at checkout and on your confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, refund eligibility is based on the date we receive your cancellation request.

Guest conduct

• The guest who books is responsible for everyone in the party.
• Maximum occupancy, quiet hours, and pet rules listed on each property must be respected.
• No smoking inside the home. No unregistered events or parties.
• You're responsible for damage caused during your stay beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Property & access

Homes are privately owned and professionally managed. Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge; small differences (furnishings, decor, seasonal items) may occur. If something is wrong on arrival, contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

Liability

You use the property and any amenities (hot tubs, fire pits, outdoor equipment) at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maison Collective is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.

Website use

All content on this site — photography, copy, and design — is owned by Maison Collective or our partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your booking applies to that reservation.
